Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance

Location: Remote with travel

Your Role
  • Support during assessment, transition, and move-in of new supported individuals in collaboration with the operations and referrals team.
  • Assist in developing high-quality support plans.
  • Provide hands-on support during crises.
  • Train support teams on PBS, PCAS, and reducing Restrictive Practices.
  • Undertake functional assessments and implement intervention strategies based on PBS principles.
  • Lead initiatives for care practice improvement.

About You

To succeed, you should:

  • Have a degree or equivalent with proven experience in PBS application.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be willing to travel and work in services four days a week as needed.
  • Be skilled in creative, person-centered approaches.
  • Be capable of explaining, developing, and following policies and protocols.
