Job Description
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Verify time sheets and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with payroll reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary payroll data as requested.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroller should have:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
- Good understanding of payroll-related legislation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills for resolving payroll queries.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office tools.
