PAYROLL TEAM LEADER – £35,116–£45,413 per annum – CB3

Location: Cambridge CB3 – HYBRID – in the office 2 days a week (Monday, Tuesday) / WFH 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Contract: 10 Month FTC

• Manage a busy high-volume payroll
• Handle payroll for 24,000 employees (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly)
• Supervise a payroll team of 13
• Must be able to perform gross to net calculations – a test will be conducted! (previously done with pen, paper, and calculator)
• Payroll Admins handle most processing; this role supports, supervises, and resolves complex issues
• Run some of the smaller payrolls independently
• All payroll processes are run in-house from start to finish
• Ideal candidates will be experienced Senior Payroll Admins or have supervisory/management experience
• Experience with Midland iTrent is required; knowledge of Oracle is a bonus
