Overview

Payroll Team Lead - Temporary Contract (Up to 3 Months) — West London. Hybrid (1-2 days in office). Up to £50k temp equivalent (day rate). Up to 3 months. Immediate Start. ADP experience essential.

The Role

• Lead and manage the payroll team of 2 payroll co-ordinators, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Oversee payroll processes, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and escalations
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders on payroll matters
• Ensure payroll systems (ADP) are used effectively and processes are continuously improved

About You

• Proven experience in payroll management or team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems (essential)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to liaise across all levels of the business
• Available at short notice for a temporary assignment
