We are currently recruiting for a well known Environmental Services organisation who are looking for an interim Payroll Support Administrator to join the team on an interim basis.

The Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Payroll Support Administrator. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth payroll operations by handling key administrative tasks and supporting the Payroll team. If you have strong administration skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input starters, leavers, and holiday data into the payroll system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Collate and pass accurate payroll information to the Payroll team for processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records.
  • Support the Payroll team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in payroll administration or a similar role (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills to handle queries effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and payroll systems (training provided).
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
