Ibstock Plc is recruiting a Payroll Officer to manage the UK payroll for 1,700 colleagues from our Head Office. The role includes processing pay, handling tax, benefits and deductions, and ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will join a small payroll team and work in a hybrid setup, supporting colleagues via calls and email with high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK payroll processes from start to end lifecycle.
• Ability to advise on UK payroll and HR legislation.
• Proven track record in end-to-end payroll processing and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process UK payroll for 1700 colleagues within a small team.
• Deliver timely, compliant payroll reporting and governance adherence.
• Provide payroll support to employees via phone and email within SLAs.
