The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated payroll professional to join our Belfast team. You should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This client-facing role involves processing and reviewing weekly and monthly UK payrolls, handling payroll-related queries from clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance at all times.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• End-to-end payroll preparation, including calculations, reviews, and accuracy checks.
• Ensuring compliance with RTI submissions to HMRC, pension uploads, and tax treatments.
• Supporting clients and internal teams, onboarding new clients, providing payroll advice, and documenting processes.
• Handling queries related to payroll with HMRC and third-party organizations.
• Managing year-end and annual processes, including P11D processing and deadline adherence.
• Supporting team development through training on payroll updates, analyzing chargeable codes, and assisting management projects.
