James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd partners with a globally renowned art gallery in Central London to appoint a Payroll Officer on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role supports the monthly payroll and the rollout of a new HRIS within the People & Culture team.

The successful candidate will bring payroll and HR data experience, advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail and a professional approach to confidentiality and GDPR.

Qualifications

• Couple of years payroll experience.
• Experience with HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of monthly payroll and processing payroll changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR and payroll systems.
• Carry out data audits and produce routine people and payroll reports.
• Support the implementation of a new HRIS through data preparation, migration and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and IT while maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
