This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Payroll Specialist to join an international team.
What you'll do:
- Process end–to–end payroll for French–speaking employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices in France.
What you'll bring:
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in payroll processing for France.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and relevant labour laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
