An established industry player is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on an interim basis, transitioning into a 12-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role involves crucial responsibilities such as managing payroll activities for approximately 1000 employees, ensuring compliance with audits, and liaising with HR. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in global payroll, with additional knowledge of payroll systems in France, Germany, and Spain being a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic financial services environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global financial services business in their search for a Payroll Specialist. This role is on an interim basis initially, with the view to transitioning into a 12-month fixed term contract and is fully remote. You will need to have your own laptop and a reliable and robust Wi-Fi connection.
The business is in the process of rolling out a new payroll system which means they need an extra pair of hands with the business as usual when it comes to payroll. It is essential that you have proven experience working in a global payroll role. Experience of working with salaries in France, Germany, and Spain would be advantageous although not essential.
The day rate for the role is between £150 - £200 inside IR35. Your hours will be flexible, but there might be times when you are expected to work in accordance with overseas time differences when required.
The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a 12-month period.
