Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 Annual Hybrid & flexible working

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide payroll services to a portfolio of clients of varying size and complexity
• Process payrolls weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually as directed
• Manage starters and leavers, statutory payments, RTI submissions, pension deductions, etc.
• Set up and cease PAYE schemes with HMRC as needed
• Act as primary contact with HMRC for PAYE matters
• Calculate auto-enrolment pension deductions and ensure compliance
• Upload pension contributions and starter details to pension portals
