  • Support reporting, including reconciliations and audit support.

Payroll Specialist - 6 month FTC - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £45,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a sports memorabilia company, who are looking for a Payroll Specialist, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible for coordinating payroll operations, across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced, international environment, and will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. This role is on a hybrid basis consisting of 4 days per week, based in their Manchester office.


The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Process and oversee monthly payrolls, across multiple EMEA countries using ADP
  • Collect, verify, and input payroll data including new starters, leavers, variable pay, and benefit deductions
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to meet payroll timelines and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure full statutory compliance with local payroll, tax regulations in each country
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including reconciliations and audit support
  • Maintain payroll records in accordance with legal and internal policy requirements
  • Respond promptly and professionally to payroll related employee queries
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, documentation, and systems

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience processing EMEA payrolls in a multi country context
  • ADP experience is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of local tax, pension, and labour regulations across EMEA countries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
