Payroll Specialist – 3 month day rate – London – Hybrid – up to £350 per day

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, who are seeking a Payroll Specialist. You will be assisting the current team with supporting and delivery of payrolls across multiple locations.

The Payroll Specialist will have the following skills:

  • Collect and prepare payroll data for processing by outsourced payroll provider, including working closely with HR
  • Support with the delivery of payrolls within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls.
  • French payroll processing including knowledge of related legislative requirements – desirable
  • Responsible for keeping payroll documentation, and process maps up to date.
  • Participation in controls testing for payrolls
  • Review payroll reports and provide corrective direction to the outsourced payroll provider
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
  • Maintain the payroll mailbox and resolve colleague pay queries on ticketing system

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:
