Description

We have a new opportunity to join our growing People team based in London. We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage two of our European payrolls and assist with UK payrolls across various business entities.

You will bring your experience of managing international payrolls and implementing effective payroll policies, processes, and working practices to ensure a first-class approach to compensation and benefits at CFC.

About the role

This role will manage the Spanish and Netherlands payroll and benefit processes whilst assisting with the UK. You will collaborate with third-party providers and work closely alongside our coordinator to be the first point of contact for any payroll/benefits queries, handling complex payroll and benefit issues with service vendors to help us optimise our approach to payroll and benefits. You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring statutory obligations are met and maintaining knowledge of legislative changes across multiple payrolls.

  • Reviewing payroll processing practices, policies, and procedures regularly to maintain a robust and compliant approach for all regions.
  • Managing vendor relationships for ADP Celergo, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Administering employee benefit plans for employees in London and international offices, updating employees on plan changes.
  • Being the first point of contact in HR for employee queries on benefit plans (e.g., protection, life insurance, pension, medical insurance, family policies).
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related tasks, reconciliation, and approvals.
  • Assisting with start and end of year tasks for all European and UK entities.
About you
  • You have at least 5 years' experience processing European payrolls and experience with UK payroll processes, along with benefits administration.
  • You have strong experience with major payroll systems such as ADP Celergo and knowledge of statutory UK payroll requirements, with a broad understanding of international payrolls.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • You are a team player with good planning and prioritisation skills, confident working independently on projects.
