• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Review and improve payroll processes and controls.
• Document new payroll procedures, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, UAT, and parallel runs.
• Identify and resolve payroll issues and risks.
• Act as a key contact for payroll queries during the transition.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and stabilisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the transition of payroll services to an outsourced provider.
• Maintain continuity of payroll operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, testing plans, timelines, and key milestones.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Review and improve existing payroll processes and controls.
• Document new payroll procedures, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Support payroll data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel runs.
• Identify and resolve payroll-related issues and risks.
• Act as a key contact for payroll queries during the transition period.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation stabilisation activities.

About You

Essential:
