A dynamic company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage the payroll processes for UK employees, as well as handle payroll for external providers in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of end-to-end payroll experience and be proficient with payroll systems, particularly Sage. This hybrid role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills while ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll processes for our UK employees. You will also work with external providers to process payroll in the USA and Canada.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory regulations. This role requires an understanding of UK payroll legislation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. You will play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy and providing exceptional service to our employees.
