Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with an award-winning organisation to recruit a Payroll Specialist in a hybrid/UK role. You will process weekly and monthly payroll for employees across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, and handle payroll queries.

You will monitor the time and attendance system, provide payroll administrative support, and ensure accurate records. Strong communication is essential for success in this role.

• Experience in high volume end to end payroll processing.
• Experience administering a time and attendance system.
• Experience administering employee benefits.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for weekly and monthly employees in ROI and NI.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Monitor and update the in-house time and attendance system.
• Provide payroll-related administrative support and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Process payroll for weekly and monthly employees in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and update the in-house time and attendance system.
• Provide payroll-related administrative support and ensure accurate record-keeping.

The Person
