Robert Half is excited to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing organization in Abingdon, seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Support the Payroll Manager in executing all payroll processes across the organization, including:
• Processing payrolls
• Managing absence, parental leave, and associated payments
• Ensuring compliance with RTI and Auto Enrolment requirements
• Payroll administration and reporting
• Maintaining accurate payroll data and records
• Handling submissions to relevant tax authorities
• Resolving employee payroll queries
• Preparing information for audits and government reporting
• Generating management reports for the Senior Management Team
• Handling ad hoc report requests
• Updating process control data
• Assisting with gender pay gap reporting data
• Conducting annual holiday audits for all payrolls
• Supporting company benefits administration as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
• Immediate availability is essential
