Your new role

You will work alongside a small payroll team to process and manage the end-to-end payroll for approximately 2000 employees, ensuring payroll deadlines are consistently met on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also lead the junior team members and report directly to the Finance or Payroll Lead.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you should already be operating at a senior officer or supervisor level, with a minimum of 3 years of end-to-end UK payroll experience. Experience with processing auto-enrollment pensions and additional benefits is essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
