Are you ready to take the next step in your payroll career? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Risk Advisor to join our Payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in payroll risk while contributing to a high-performing, values-led team.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Payroll Risk Manager in identifying, analysing and mitigating risks across payroll processes.
  • Handling sensitive data with discretion and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Processing accurate and timely payroll for a designated population every four weeks.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners including HMRC and third-party providers.
  • Assisting with audits, reporting, and communications to the wider business.
  • Promoting a positive risk culture and helping to embed robust payroll practices.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in payroll administration within an office environment.
  • Strong understanding of current payroll legislation.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP payroll and P11D processing is a plus.
  • CIPP Payroll Technician qualification is desirable but not essential.
