Job Description

Role: Payroll Project Manager

Contract length: 6-month contract outside IR35

Day rate: £550-£600 per day

Workstyle: Predominantly Remote

Location: London

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the re-planning and turnaround of critical payroll projects while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and designing innovative payroll systems. This role requires expertise in managing payroll projects within fast-paced, private equity-backed environments, as well as hands-on experience with ADP Payroll adoption projects. If you possess strategic thinking, project management excellence, and strong leadership abilities, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the re-planning and turnaround of critical payroll projects.
  • Ensure all payroll processes comply with relevant regulations.
  • Design and implement new payroll systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead ADP Payroll adoption projects successfully.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
