Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or process improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and their integration with HRIS platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially HRIS, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end payroll processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Partner closely with the HRIS team to optimize payroll system integrations.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership on payroll performance.
