Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for an immediate temporary role? Do you excel in a role where you are required to maximise efficiency?

Do you have dedicated, end-to-end payroll experience gained within an international company? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our exciting client.

This warm and welcoming company is seeking someone detailed and confident to support with improving their current process as well as assisting in the adoption of a new pension scheme.

Please note, this is a temporary full-time position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

• Propose changes to existing payroll procedures
• Implement improvements to the efficiency of current payroll
• Liaising with the payroll provider
• Deal with payroll and pensions correspondence and documentation
• Ensure compliance with GDPR

Temporary Payroll & Pensions Officer Requirements

• You must be an experienced payroll professional, able to hit the ground running and ensure the new process is implemented smoothly
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pensions
• Pensions administration experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive approach will be important, as well as the ability to liaise with a range of contacts
