Job summary

The Assistant Analyst, Payroll at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is responsible for executing payroll and benefits processes in line with HR policies. You will handle day-to-day payroll operations, ensure data accuracy, and support multi-currency payroll activities with a focus on compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven professional international payroll experience.
• Strong system skills with bespoke payroll applications (SAP & Swift).
• Excellent planning and organising; ability to prioritise work independently.
• Deadline-driven and focused on timely delivery.
• Experience with data analysis tools and processes.
• Experience of working in a team environment.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and administer Benefit Claims in line with policies and guidance.
• Manage JML and lifecycle changes in the payroll system, ensuring data quality.
• Produce monthly payrolls and payroll-related reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to staff and stakeholders on payroll policy changes.
• Assist with cross-functional improvements to payroll processes and KBAs.
