What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits elections.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for senior management
  • Provide support in addressing employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Handle sensitive or confidential payroll matters with discretion and integrity
  • Compile and analyse payroll data to generate insights for decision-making and financial planning

About you
