Payroll Officer
Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 FTE (paid hourly)
Location: Leeds (hybrid – office attendance required a couple of times per week)
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 12 weeks)

Company Overview:
A global organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer to support the team during a busy period. This is a full-time role, ideal for an experienced Payroll Officer who can manage UK and international payrolls in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Processing UK and international payrolls accurately and on time
  2. Managing starters, leavers, and changes to pay
  3. Handling statutory payments and absence management
  4. Preparing payroll reports and supporting month-end processes
  5. Using ADP iHCM and other systems for payroll processing

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
  2. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, HMRC returns, and auto-enrolment
  3. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  4. Immediately available and able to attend the Leeds office a couple of times per week
