Responsibilities

1. Calculate employee gross and net pay accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, and process all transactions correctly and timely. Investigate and resolve anomalies prior to payroll finalisation.
2. Handle day-to-day payroll enquiries from employees, managers, and third parties, ensuring responses are within the agreed timescales and reflected in payroll transactions.
3. Provide excellent customer service to all payroll stakeholders.
4. Advise employees, managers, and third parties on payroll procedures, income tax, National Insurance, statutory and contractual pay entitlements, and local pay requirements.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
