Payroll Officer
Glasgow | Full-Time | Competitive Salary

Our client is a fast-growing business across Scotland with continued expansion and a strong focus on service excellence. With that expansion, they are now looking to add an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to become a vital part of a collaborative finance team, where your input will help shape and streamline payroll operations as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Manage and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced payroll providers
  3. Handle payroll for both employees and self-employed clinicians
  4. Track pay rates, new starters, benefits, and deductions
  5. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to queries
  6. Prepare payroll reports for senior management and finance
  7. Support ongoing improvements in payroll systems and processes
