Job summary

You will manage the entire payroll process ensuring compliance with UK legislation, process salaries accurately, and liaise with finance teams for payroll reporting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with payroll systems such as Fourth Payroll and a background in hospitality. This role offers flexible options for work hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running end-to-end payroll.
• Familiarity with Fourth Payroll or equivalent systems.
• Knowledge of PAYE, NIC, RTI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll process for UK sites.
• Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Liaise with Troncmaster regarding TRONC administration.
• Prepare and post payroll journals and reconciliations.

Skills

End-to-end payroll management

Fourth Payroll or similar systems

UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NIC, RTI)

Accounting for payroll (journals, accruals)

Attention to detail

Experience in hospitality or multi-site

TRONC administration

Payroll qualification (CIPP or similar)
