About the team

Our payroll team works to support our clients in managing their payroll functions and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. Our successful team of more than 50 professionals is growing across all areas and therefore requires more team members.

About the role

• As a Manager in our high-performing national payroll team, you'll play a key role in supporting the Payroll Associate Directors with managing delivery nationally.
• Ensuring client service standards are maintained, recruiting and developing your team through training, and actively building the profile of the national payroll business both internally and externally.
• Taking a leading role, along with the wider management team, in defining and improving our national processes and standards.

What are we looking for?

• Significant payroll experience in a quality bureau environment.
• Strong management and leadership skills – organized, able to deliver to deadlines, manage various stakeholders.
• Excellent client handling skills and comfort dealing with clients at all levels on both technical and commercial matters.
• Passion for quality and delivering results, with the ability to define solutions and influence others positively.
