Job Description

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being a competent, confident, and motivated payroll professional with experience in a multi-site business.
  • Staying technically up to date and keen to deliver results by improving payroll processes and procedures.
  • Exhibiting excellent management and communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels of hierarchy within the business.
  • Taking responsibility to provide a full payroll service to the Group and its employees.
  • Handling all annual HMRC payroll reporting requirements including FPS, EPS, P60, and P11D returns.
  • Running in-house payroll and completing manual payroll calculations accurately and efficiently.
  • Possessing detailed knowledge of taxation, PAYE, National Insurance rules, and other information relating to payroll.
  • Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
