This leading manufacturing business is seeking a technically experienced and dedicated Payroll Manager to lead and oversee the Payroll department on a full-time permanent basis. Your new role
You will oversee/process payroll for approximately 2000 employees across multiple cycles. Responsibilities include processing year-end, pension auto-enrolments, supporting process reviews, and continuously seeking ways to improve and streamline payroll efficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a determined and diligent individual with a proven track record in delivering payroll projects. Full end-to-end payroll experience is essential, along with familiarity with project implementation or data migration. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate with your team and external contacts, and to deliver updates to senior management.
