Payroll Manager – 6 month – London – Hybrid – up to £300 per day

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a financial services firm, looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible for the UK & International BAU payrolls, and is on a hybrid basis consisting of 4 days per week, based in their central London office.

The Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
Responsible for the day-to-day processing, reporting, and review of payroll matters across a number of legal entities, including the UK & 9 international countries, via ADP
Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management for approval
Entering monthly changes including: salary changes, allowances, overtime, recruitment awards, absence management including unpaid leave, maternity leave, commissions
Calculating leavers payments and processing P45’s
Supporting on EMEA employment tax compliance, and projects as they arise.
Working closely with all members of Finance, HR, External Benefit providers and outsourced payroll providers

Key Skills:
3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within the FS sector
Excellent Excel knowledge
Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
Excellent communication skills
