About the role

In this position, you will oversee our team of payroll professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and technical knowledge. We are seeking an individual who is proficient in handling complex payroll tasks support the smooth running of daily operations of the payroll department, organising workflow and serve as the team’s technical lead whilst having a commitment to supporting others’ professional growth.

You will be responsible for processing weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and pension schemes for various third-party businesses. Your payroll expertise, along with strong interpersonal skills, will be essential in addressing client queries and completing relevant documentation and reports efficiently and promptly. You will demonstrate a methodical and accurate approach to your work, ensuring all information is processed correctly in compliance with HMRC regulations.
