Job description
We are currently recruiting a payroll manager to join our client in Lisburn.
6 months initially with possibility of extension.
£19.59 per hour.
Immediate starts.
Public sector client.
- Responsible for management of the Payroll Services Team and systems.
- Ensuring timely processing of payroll.
- Manage and coordinate a training programme for any new starts.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation.
- Data analysing.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Review and authorise payments.
- Handling sensitive personal data, following GDPR.
- Have a degree of qualification in a business related subject, I.E Payroll or Accountancy - CIPP, CCAB or AAT and have a minimum of 2 years experience at a supervisory level in a payroll function including: Providing specialist advice on payroll issues, using integrated payroll software systems.
- OR Minimum of 5 years experience working in a payroll setting within a medium to large location.
