Our client is a leading organisation within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Job Description

  1. Running payroll for two legal entities (7 locations), ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  2. Resolving payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
  3. Preparing HMRC-related payroll reports (RTI uploads, P11D, PSA calculations).
  4. Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  5. Managing payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.
  6. Providing payroll-related data as required by senior management.
  7. Day-to-day management (with significant involvement of the FD and FBP) in the implementation of a new payroll system across all 10 sites, to be done on a staggered basis.
  8. The Successful Applicant

    A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees.
  • Experience in implementing a new payroll system.
  • Familiarity with Open People and/or DayForce is beneficial but not essential.
