Job summary

Sixty Eight People is seeking a payroll-focused professional to own payroll end-to-end across a multi-site operation in the UK. You will drive people systems initiatives, shape the benefits offering, and ensure compliance while building strong stakeholder relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to pension and benefits administration, and collaboration with external payroll bureaus to deliver accurate payroll and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll experience within a multi-site or complex organisation.
• Experience working with an outsourced payroll bureau.
• HR/payroll systems experience, ideally Fourth.
• Experience administering pensions and employee benefits.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap reporting.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external providers.
• A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
• Experience with travel management platforms such as Roomex would be advantageous.
