Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a multi-site payroll function for 4,000+ employees across the UK, Channel Islands and ROI. You will oversee three end-to-end payrolls, ensuring compliant, timely payroll delivery and developing the payroll team.

You will drive process improvements, manage PSA, P11D and gender pay reporting, and partner with benefits and reward initiatives. A strong background in UK payroll and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of payroll management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with benefits reporting, PSA and gender pay calculations.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
