Job Specification

• To run 170 payroll schemes - comprising of monthly, weekly, and 4-weekly payrolls.
• Taking care of pension and CIS schemes.
• Over 100 of these payroll schemes are simple director-only payrolls.
• Assisting with the transition from IRIS Earnie to Sage Payroll for all payroll schemes by the end of the financial year (approx. another 60 schemes).
• Bookkeeping knowledge and experience would be advantageous for cover purposes.

Candidate Specification

• This is an office-based role; candidates must be able to work from the office.
• Candidates must be familiar with Sage Payroll and ideally IRIS Earnie.
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice is essential.
• Ideally, candidates will be available immediately or with little notice.
