Job description

Payroll Lead – Permanent – London – Hybrid – Competitive pay & benefits

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a retail company, who are looking for a Payroll Lead, on a permanent basis. This role will lead the end to end payroll process, for the UK & International entities, spanning 3,000 employees on a monthly basis. This role is on a hybrid basis consisting of 3 days per week, based in their central London office.

The Payroll Lead will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Manage and oversee processing for 3,000 employees, across the UK and International countries
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the payroll team of 3
  • Ensure all employee payments are accurate, authorised in line with company policies, and include the correct entitlements and deductions.
  • Oversee pension scheme administration, including processing of bi-weekly and monthly contributions, auto-enrolment, and managing new starters and leavers
  • Provide regular payroll reporting and ad hoc payroll analysis to the finance team as needed.
  • Support the preparation and submission of P11D forms and PSA returns.
