The Payroll Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing our brand-new customers and completing configuration for our existing customers when requested. The role includes managing customers for up to six months onboarding them into Fourth, payroll and pension processing, delivering excellent customer service and daily problem solving.
You will be a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in Fourth Solutions. This individual will work with our Sales, Project Management, Professional Services, Solution Consultants and Customer Success teams in every stage of the customer life cycle to provide new and existing customers with a quality implementation.
You will work closely with Fourth’s prospects and customers understanding their business, payroll and pension implementation to meet their requirements to enable the delivery of their payroll and pension that works well for each customer creating value and maximising growth opportunities. You will develop a deep understanding of the implementation service and the ability to transform our customers’ requirements as well as consulting on best practice within payroll and pension.You will build great relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products.
