Our client, a BCorp, private equity backed business, has created a new role of Payroll & HRIS Manager to lead and integrate the development, optimisation and governance of payroll, Benefits and their HR System. This is a key role to ensure their HR Technology infrastructure supports business growth globally, enhances their employee experience and delivers data-driven insights and reporting to their leadership team. This is an opportunity to develop a data led HR function to help drive and support continued business success.
This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a member of the HR Management team and be responsible for partnering HR Leads globally. You will be responsible overseeing UK Payroll (supported by a Payroll expert), overseeing the annual pay review, as well as leading on benefits administration which enhances employee engagement and is able to support a fast paced and transforming organisation. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to bring ideas and add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture whilst leading the configuration and optimisation of the HRIS platform (Dayforce). You will also have experience of implementing a new HRIS ideally for a global business. The ideal candidate will have championed the use of data and dashboards to drive transparency, alignment and accountability across the business.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Manager with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions and annual HR lifecycle events at an operational level, enabling continuous improvement, ideally for multi-site, global environments. Commercially astute with experience of change projects and delivering enhanced people data and global reporting, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior management team with the ability to develop credible relationships across the business.
