Job description

VANRATH are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing business based in Enniskillen who are seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll & HR Officer to join their finance and HR team.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll
  • Review and process payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Manage payroll data on Excel
  • Handle all payroll queries, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits
  • Ensure all statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, National Insurance) are accurately calculated and submitted
  • Prepare and submit RTI filings, year-end reporting, and P60s
  • Administer employee benefits and pension schemes
  • Support the finance team with payroll-related queries and reconciliations
  • Assist with various ad-hoc payroll and HR tasks as required

About you

  • Previous payroll experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with payroll software systems, Time and Attendance systems
  • Desirable: CIPD qualification or payroll certification
