Job description

Payroll & HR Assistant

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an Education business in Kensington who are urgently seeking a Payroll/HR Assistant to join the HR Team on a temporary/temporary to permanent basis.

Duties:

Payroll:

  • Monthly payroll using CINTRA (Payroll)

  • Accurately input and verify payroll data while making sure deadlines are met and regulations are followed.

  • Coordinate with the payroll provider to guarantee seamless processing and accurate reporting

  • Address payroll questions from employees promptly and with a helpful approach

  • Assist with pension enrolments, manage income protection, and coordinate with external providers as needed

  • Keep track of payroll records and create reports for senior management

HR:

  • Assist with employee on–boarding and off–boarding processes.
  • Keep HR records accurate and ensure the HRIS (currently BreatheHR) is regularly updated.

  • Support HR queries and escalate when necessary

  • Provide assistance in preparing letters, contracts, and various other types of documentation.

  • Make sure to follow employment laws and stick to internal policies

Salary + information:

  • 28,000 – 35,000
  • Temporary to permanent or temporary only
