Overview

Our client has a role for a Senior Payroll and HR Administrator, to be resopnsible for administering and managing the monthly payroll tasks, using iTrent.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll:
    • Day to day delivery and coordination of the administration of the Payroll function
    • Produce monthly reports to identify and rectify any payroll errors
    • Work with the various head of deparment to ensure that payroll data processing reviews are checked, validated and signed off
    • Act as liaison with internal and external auditors and other 3rd parties
    • Ensure accuracy of the payroll database
  • HR Admin
  • Ensure compliance and that all data is handled in a confidential manner
Requirements
