TurnerFox Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Data Entry & HR Administrator to support a busy payroll and HR team in Sutton in Ashfield on an ongoing temporary basis.

You will check weekly hours for 300+ operatives and accurately record them for payroll, while handling large volumes of data with precision. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and dependable weekly delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or data entry with high accuracy.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Able to handle large amounts of numerical data accurately.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
• Discreet handling of confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Check clocking-in and clocking-out records for hours worked.
• Enter hours into standard time and various overtime columns.
• Check sickness and absences affecting pay.
• Prepare accurate weekly information for payroll.
• Verify timesheets against payslips and flag differences.
• Prepare induction documents and add new starters to Sage.
• Support HR and payroll administration.
