Technology & Systems Enablement
- Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and ERP teams such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday to ensure seamless integration between payroll systems and finance platforms

- Define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Line Agreements) to track payroll accounting accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Implement dashboards and reporting tools to monitor reconciliation status, manual journal counts, exception items, and close cycle metrics
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR, Payroll Operations, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and local finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll accounting across all geographies
- Act as the central point of contact for escalations related to payroll accounting discrepancies, late feeds, or process issues
Change Management & Training
- Design and deliver global training on payroll accounting policies, journal templates, and month-end procedures
- Champion adoption of new tools, systems, and controls across global and regional finance teams
