Overview: As a Payroll Delivery Co-ordinator, you will act as a key point of contact, assisting with resolving employee and business queries to ensure a responsive, customer-focused service.

Key Skills: The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll data, including starters, leavers, changes, and absences.
  2. Input and validate timesheets and additional hours.
  3. Apply seasonal adjustments and Agenda for Change terms accurately.
  4. Respond to payroll queries with excellent customer service.
  5. Support the Payroll Delivery Manager during key payroll periods.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook) with confident data handling.
  • Clear communication and a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
