Job Responsibilities
  • Meet payroll deadlines effectively
  • Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 300-500 staff
  • Handle leaver's administration
  • Manage timesheet submissions
  • Ensure all payees are correctly set up in the payroll system
  • Accurately process hours, holidays, statutory payments, deductions, and fast payments on time
  • Send invoices to clients punctually
  • Assist with payroll-related queries
  • Coordinate with operational teams regarding payroll matters
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in a similar payroll role
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Be capable of working under tight deadlines
  • Have knowledge of various payroll systems (PAYE, CIS, Umbrella, HMRC queries, etc.)
