Job description

Are you an experienced & ambitious Payroll Professional ready to take on a new exciting challenge? We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the energy sector who are seeking a Payroll & benefits Specialist on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

Reporting into HR & working closely with finance teams & external payroll providers, this role will take full control of the payroll function covering 20 global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and submitting monthly charges for each regions payroll to the outsourced providers, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Check all payroll reports and identify errors
  • Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle calender
  • Manage benefits schemes on a global scale
  • Manage pension schemes
  • Provide suggestions for enhancements and improvements
  • Manage benefit renewals
  • Involvement in global payroll projects

Experience required:

  • Proven expeirence of processing multiple global payrolls
  • Ability to manage the payroll function on a stand alone basis
  • Expeirence of management of benefits & pensions
  • Excellent stakeholder management & experience of collaborating with multiple third party providers
  • Project/implementation experience is desirable
